This is a trimmer not a razor

Easy to use as a trimmer. does not cut close like a razor. perhaps this is a good thing by saving the skin and not cutting blemishes.
Pros: precision trimming
Cons: not a razor. does not cut close

Fills the gap nicely between a traditional wet safety razor and hair clippers. Great on sensitive skin where you don't want to use a razor and with the combs easier to use and more accurate than hair clippers.
Pros: great design

Great product but... save your receipt

So after using my new shaver approximately 10 times the blade would no longer stay connected to the shaver. I contacted customer service and they couldn’t do anything without a receipt. I’ve been buying products from Phillips for many years and do understand their reason for not being able to just send a new one, but I’m very disappointed in only being able to use the shaver for a very short time.
Pros: close precise shave
Cons: broke under normal and careful usage

Most comfortable shave

I have used different razors, blades, creams, gels and etc, all of which cause some reaction to my face and neck. The Norelco OneBlade is the ONLY device that I can use without any skin irritation. I actually have two of these. My one critique is that I wish you were able to buy the guards separately from buying a whole new OneBlade.
Pros: no skin irritation
Cons: can’t buy guards separately

I bought the 1st OneBlade since I was traveling and forgot my shaver and like it so much once I got home I bought another one. Now I have one in my travel bag and one at home.
