Long battery life per shave. It puts the "Solo" to shame. Almost as good as a blade razor. No knicks or cuts. Very smooth. I highly recommend it.

Very good product! Highly recomended! One issue, doesn't travel well. Needs some sort of protective (small) cover for travel in toiletry bag. Blade attacher breakes easily, replacements are exlense. I wrap in a wash cloth during travel.

Easy shaving, close cut, great edging, throw all your other tools away!

I love it. Everything about it. I used to have 3 different tools to get by beard the style I wanted. This replaces them all! It keeps my chord beard to a good length, it edges around my neck and shaves my cheeks where i dont want the hair.
I have yet to cut myself with it, even in sensitive areas like my lips.
it hold a charge for a few shaves. I use it in the shower every day!
A+ all around!
Pros: easy to use, edges your beard, hold a long charge, you can use it in the shower, keeps stubble even lengths 3 different attachemen, hard to cut yourself with it
Cons: only 3 lengths of attachements need a longer one, for close shave needs daily shave, i didnt get it sooner!!

Best trimmer this bald, bearded man has ever used

I've been keeping a short beard and shaving my head for over a decade and this is hands-down the best beard trimmer I've ever used. It solves my top two biggest problems with every other trimmer on the market: 1) With other trimmers, I have to go over the same spots again and again to get all the hairs -- and even then, there are still some longer hairs left behind. The OneBlade cuts every hair evenly after just a few strokes. 2) With other trimmers, the closest shave you'll get is 1 mm (or very rarely down to 0.5) without a guard. The OneBlade takes the hair down to the skin if desired and the razor burn factor is very limited. Another major plus is the double-sided trimming blade. This provides a quicker trim/shave by allowing you to use back and forth (push and pull) motions rather than contorting your arm around to push the blade the over the skin.
My cons are few and they shouldn't be hard for Philips to address in later versions of the device. First, there aren't enough guard sizes. Right now the OneBlade only offers 1mm, 3mm, or 5mm. I taper my beard from my shaved head to longer hairs on my chin, so I need the sizes between (i.e. 2mm and 4mm). Also, it would be great to have a 6 and an 8 as well for guys who like to keep a longer beard (I keep a longer beard in the winter months). Another issue is the placement of the power button. I've had to change the way I hold the trimmer because I find that the power button is the natural place I like to put my thumb when I use the device -- and obviously this leads to inadvertently turning the device off while in use. Hopefully Philips considers moving the power button to a different location on the device in later versions. Finally, the battery takes a long time to charge (I think 8 hours is advertised?). I'd love to see a more powerful battery in this device in the future.
Overall, the OneBlade is without any doubt the best trimmer/shaver I've ever owned. The OneBlade solves my biggest trimmer/shaving problems and I'm totally in love with it. This is definitely my beard's new best friend and will remain so indefinitely. Well done, Philips.

Cool design. Not perfect shave

I love the design and everything about the OneBlade. The big thing for me is that it doesn't give as close of a shave as I would have liked. I also have to go over some areas multiple times to make sure that it has been trimmed properly.
I would say that it has now allowed me to cut down on shaving devices and I really do like the product. I think that it is the next step in the shaving future!
Pros: design, trimmer+shaver
Cons: not as close of a shave as i would like

Easy to use

This product is extremely easy to use. I get really bad razor burn from regular razors, but this product gives me a close shave without that razor burn, especially in the sensitive areas like my neck. I can shave with the grain, against the grain, doesn't matter.
Battery life is advertised at 50 minutes, and I've seen real world usage mimic that.
Nice rubber grip allows you to bring this with you into the shower so it doesn't slip out of your hand, although I've found that shaving when your dry is more effective than shaving when wet from a shower.
