[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I never knew a smart mixer existed or that I would need such a thing. Can tell that the auto sense technology helps with overmixing or undermining. I haven't used much of the other features, but I am excited to see it's ability to be updated (via wifi) and more compatible recipes, etc. to use it with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mixer was ready to use right out of the box and set up was as simple. This mixer has a built in scale and measures ingredients offering professional results at home. I highly recommend this mixer.

Mixing , whisking & dough making just got SMARTER

Mixing, whisking and dough making just got BETTER /SMARTER and at your fingertips with this GE profile mixer. This mixer is just the next level of innovation and completely blows my mind with the features and quality specially the automated feature.
Pros No more mess , easy to use and clean . The first thing I made was a dough and it turned out to be prefect and within minutes, Comes with guided recipes, Wifi and app controlled - No more babysitting , mixer can be controlled and scheduled using the app so it opens up more time to do other stuff while the mixer is doing its job, No more measuring cups needed, the mixer has an in built weighing scale, Digital display panel for easy reading, Bowl and other hooks are made of stainless steel that are easy to attach and remove .
Cons It is heavy duty so it needs to be stationed in one area in the kitchen, Makes noise but the end result is so good that I did not mind it Overall a game changer for my everyday kitchen chores and I am very happy to have one , highly recommended

A definite upgrade from my mini kitchen aid!

In my old unit I had to run pizza dough in two batches, otherwise it would big down the machine. This profile stand mixer get it all done in one batch, without a single issue. I also love getting updates, new recipes, more controls and improvements via the app. Stand mixer, not just for baking enthusiasts, but for anyone who is ready for something better.

I received this smart mixer from GE and Influesnter for my honest review. It comes with the normal appliance packaging. It is sleek, beautiful and very heavy. This is a commercial grade mixer. Its does everything including weighing your ingredients. It has wifi and a phone app. It automatically updates over wifi. It is voice controlled with Alexa or Google so the guided recipes are very fun to do! You won't be sorry to purchase this mixer. Its in a class of its own. It is expensive but for the serious baker, it is well worth it!!
