It looks great in my kitchen. It is very sturdy with industrial strength and quality. The attachments: Beater, Dough Hook, and Wire Whisk are all substantial in weight and size. Expensive retail price, but well worth it if you like to bake and want quality equipment, also directly comparable to KitchenAid Mixers.

Powerful beaut that has more features you didn't know you wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is POWERFUL! It mixes like a dream. The reason I took 1 star off is because connecting to the app has been tough so I've lost some functionality.
Another thing that is an adjustment is the top not lifting up. The arms moving down help but it would be a little easier if the top tilted up.
Lastly, it's gorgeous. I love having this out on display. Thankfully, because this thing is heavy! It's also very tall. It wouldn't fit fully under my cabinets so I bought a cute little stand for it.

bowl issues

I wanted a new mixer and bought this one, as it was powerful, had a built-in scale, and other fancy tech features. Yes, it is heavy, but this is ok by me. I will never move it again. It is extremely powerful, and loud, but so was my Kitchen Aid. I had an unusual occurrence when using this mixer one week after I received it. The bowl started intermittently rocking back and forth in its cradle, making a clanking noise with this stiffer bread dough. No other cookie or cake recipes created this problem. This same stiff dough never gave my Kitchen-Aid bowl any trouble and it had the same bowl attachment style.
I did make sure the bowl was securely attached on both sides and snapped on in the back. I exchanged the mixer hoping that would solve the issue, but sadly it it happens with my new one too. My other bowl issue is that it has an uncomfortable handle. The handle is sharply squared off on the front edges making it difficult for me to hold for any length of time. The handle has rounded edges on the back of the handle and it would be great if that shape was carried around to the front. It seems like something that can be done in the future with a bowl redesign. I would love a second bowl anyway, but I can't find any extra parts for sale. I have solved this issue by using a silicone handle from one of my cast iron pans that I slipped right over the handle. Works great. Finally, I am a little worried about how long this mixer will last with all of the electronics, as my prior KA is still working after 20 years. I took one for the team and will see how this mixer does over time.

Wonderful mixer with tonnes of features but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stand mixer has so many features I'm still working it all out. Ive connected it to the app, and I get to program the recipes straight from the app itself. The in-built weighing scale is incredibly accurate, I was very impressed. If you use a recipe from the app, the mixer knows when to stop mixing on its own, so there's no need for me to guess the consistency either. The only negative (which might be a big one for some) is the fact that it is very very heavy (at least 30-40 pounds) and I cannot budge it from its permanent place on my kitchen countertop.

Cool but with Drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the surface, the Smart Mixer is really cool. It’s definitely made with high quality materials and offers some incredible features. The built in scale is great. I also love that fact that it can mix ingredients to your satisfaction with a sensor that knows when to stop mixing based on the consistency you want. It has a timer and it is compatible with Alexa.
The problem is the manual functionality. Firstly, there’s no way of raising the top part. This is the first mixer that I’ve used that doesn’t have that.
The biggest issue, however, is the size and weight. I would be surprised if the mixer weighed less than 30lbs. This makes it virtually impossible to maneuver in a small kitchen for my elderly mom.
I can see this being great for someone who bakes a lot. But for the average home consumer, it’s too complex and too heavy to justify having in the home. Of course, YMMV.

A new era for mixing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea stand mixers needed an upgrade until I got the new GE Profile Smart Mixer with Auto Sense. GE is one of the most reliable brands out there so I was really excited to give this mixer a try. I do have a kitchen aid mixer that I have had for about 7 years now so am able to compare both and I have to say, I was shocked how much I loved the GE one. Bringing in new technology to help you in the baking process is genius. You know longer need a scale bc this mixer does the work for you! The app has guided recipes to help you step by step. It even comes with a built in timer. They really have thought or everything!
