Amazing mixer better then the other name brand

I love to bake. And to make new recipes all the time I didn’t care for my k mixer popular brand. So I gave this one a try. Wow. Just go ahead and bite the bullet and get it. It’s 100 percent worth it. This comes with all the attachments that I need. That I had to buy separately for my other mixer which was a pain. Sourdough bread turns out way better after using this mixer now. No more dry spots everything’s well blended

It actively monitors changes in texture and viscosity through motor torque feedback to optimize mixing performance. Over-mixing and undermixing fails are no longer a risk in recipes that previously required intuition and experience, as an automatic shut-off feature will turn the mixer off when completion is reached!

Tremendous Engineering

The amount of engineering in this mixer is clearly over looked in many reviews. A reversible DC motor provides maximum torque even at low speeds. The hex head attachments provide secure engagement. For get the wifi and phone app, features I will never use. The real engineering is in the design. My negative for now is that the bowl, when mixing needs to be scraped down far too often. Simply from a visual perspective the beater needs to be wider at the top or the bowl narrower. At any rate hope there is a new beater soon.

Not What I Had Hoped For

I really wanted to love this mixer! One of the things I dislike the most is how loud it is when on the medium to higher speeds. I also don’t feel it mixes well in the lower speeds.
I really love the “stir” speed as it is great for adding in the dry ingredients without having them fly out of the bowl. I also like the pause feature.
I have never been able to get the scale to weigh my ingredients properly so I don’t utilize that feature which is very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Superior performance with a lot op features

Having owned both a 7-Qt KitchenAid and an Ankarsum mixer, I can confidently say this Profile stand mixer surpasses them both. Its brushless motor delivers superior torque, resulting in cooler dough temperatures. I can even mix my brioche dough at a lower speed compared to my KA, which is a significant improvement. The timer and reverse function, including the active stir mode, are incredibly useful.
The built-in scale is a bit of a mixed bag. It can be slow at times, and the 5-gram increments might not be ideal for all baking needs. However, the accompanying app is a great feature. I frequently use it for active stir functions and to follow guided recipes, particularly those from King Arthur Flour. The auto-sense recipes are somewhat limited in their current selection.
Compared to my other mixers, this mixer is more expensive. However, I believe it's worth the investment due to its superior performance, robust construction, and more features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Honest and concise...

This mixer handles all bread doughs with ease. I have hneaded my dough for up to 30 minutes and the machine wasn't even warm. There is NO mixer head wobble. Everything is solid at speed 11. I can whip eggwhites in 30 seconds or less. The specially designed whip attachment is the best I have used.
All accessories are made of heavy stainless steel.
The only thing missing is a scraper paddle and a folding tool. Hopefully they come out with those soon. The smart features are easy to use. Hint: when pairing phone with mixer hold phone on left side of the mixer head. It connects better from that side. This mixer also is compatible with most KitchenAid attachments that fit in the KA hub. I have three i tested and they worked perfectly with the G. E..
The mixer is solid and weighty. But the longevity will most likely make up for the weight over years of use.
I would consider this a professional mixer that fits perfectly in any kitchen.

Can't set up wifi

I can't really review this product until it's fully set up. I'm a very technical person but can't get the basic Autosense technology to work. I can't get my email authorized or validated so the wifi hasn't connected and I can't activate its features. Until I do this is a "dumb" appliance.
