An Absolute Home Baker's Dream!

As someone who bakes often, and by weight and not volume measure (as one should, for accuracy), the built in scale feature is an absolute godsend. Plus, the scale will work whether you have the bowl attachment in place or not, so you could measure one set of ingredients, remove the vessel from the base, and then measure a second set. Perfect for integrating wet and dry ingredients separately before moving on to combining. No more fiddling with small countertop scales! I love the attachment heads, the first thing I noticed was how weighty and substantial they are, and their construction totally pays off in practice because this mixer truly mixes. I have done less bowl scraping than ever. It's also so much easier to switch between attachments, and to mount the mixing bowl. They use a lever system instead of a twist and notch approach, which definitely has the potential to improve accessibility. I love the integration of the timer and sensor setting options; I have yet to try any of the recipes that are featured in the app, but I utilize the app itself to control the mixer. It's also surprisingly space-efficient; it takes up less space than my other mixer and there is much more space between the neck of the machine and the bowl itself, especially if you lever down to make room. My new favorite kitchen appliance!

Beautiful, but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to give my honest review this smart mixer is so beautiful, the technology is really amazing and this mixer is built with a smart scale and timer, but I’m not impressed with how heavy it is and I don’t like the way the top does not recline back to fit the bowl under. However, the power is strong and super noisy compared with kitchen aid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is built to last, and the quality of the construction shows. It is heavy and built for generations. I had the other kitchen mixer, and it outperformed it. Some of the best pizza dough is made with this mixer.. if you are modern and love new-age machines, this is for you. My favorite thing is Alexa Stop mixing in 3 minutes. The only downside is there are limited recipes for it to read out, but they are constantly updating and adding more

A new era for mixing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea stand mixers needed an upgrade until I got the new GE Profile Smart Mixer with Auto Sense. GE is one of the most reliable brands out there so I was really excited to give this mixer a try. I do have a kitchen aid mixer that I have had for about 7 years now so am able to compare both and I have to say, I was shocked how much I loved the GE one. Bringing in new technology to help you in the baking process is genius. You know longer need a scale bc this mixer does the work for you! The app has guided recipes to help you step by step. It even comes with a built in timer. They really have thought or everything!

Cool but with Drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the surface, the Smart Mixer is really cool. It’s definitely made with high quality materials and offers some incredible features. The built in scale is great. I also love that fact that it can mix ingredients to your satisfaction with a sensor that knows when to stop mixing based on the consistency you want. It has a timer and it is compatible with Alexa.
The problem is the manual functionality. Firstly, there’s no way of raising the top part. This is the first mixer that I’ve used that doesn’t have that.
The biggest issue, however, is the size and weight. I would be surprised if the mixer weighed less than 30lbs. This makes it virtually impossible to maneuver in a small kitchen for my elderly mom.
I can see this being great for someone who bakes a lot. But for the average home consumer, it’s too complex and too heavy to justify having in the home. Of course, YMMV.

Wonderful mixer with tonnes of features but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stand mixer has so many features I'm still working it all out. Ive connected it to the app, and I get to program the recipes straight from the app itself. The in-built weighing scale is incredibly accurate, I was very impressed. If you use a recipe from the app, the mixer knows when to stop mixing on its own, so there's no need for me to guess the consistency either. The only negative (which might be a big one for some) is the fact that it is very very heavy (at least 30-40 pounds) and I cannot budge it from its permanent place on my kitchen countertop.
