Presets run for a long time

I’m not sure I want to keep this washer it shakes really bad and very loud something is not right about it maybe not install right

We'd like to help you with your dryer's sound level, we recommend checking that all 4 of the unit's legs are properly leveled. Dryer not working after 13 months (Outside warrant

Our new dryer purchase with our new build stopped heating after 13 months which means it is now outside warranty. Do not recommend

In the meantime, if you have not done so already, disconnect the power to your dryer for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once power is restored, service will be needed. We recommend contacting our GE Appliances service team -Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393) Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed
