1st time owning a new dryer, so nice not to take 4.5hrs to dry clothing! So far, I am happy with the dryer, and look forward to using all the options.

Poor performance

The dryer was installed on7/11/23. Initially, it performed fine. However, on 8/16/23, it stopped heating. Tumbles fine but doesn't generate heat. Cannot get service until 8/28/23.

This dryer dries everything so fast! The drum is quite large which allows the clothes, towels, sheets-everything the room needed to tumble properly. And we’re all busy these days. That’s why I love the wrinkle care option. It keeps the clothes from sitting too long by briefly tumbling every so often (for up to 8 hours!) keeping the clothes pretty wrinkle free.
