Unbelievable value

When I bought my Worx trimmer 7 or 8 years ago, I was skeptical of the 6-pack for life spools but it is true. My Worx trimmer still runs like a champ. It is one of the best purchases I ever made.

Happy to remember---"free spools for life" feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran out of spools and was looking in the hardware store for more----when the salesman reminded me that I get free spools for life. I ordered that night and got a tracting number right away. The only trouble was that I had put a PO Box for delivery and remembered that Fedex didn't deliver to PO. Sent an email explaining the problem and had delivery within a few days to my PO box. Was so glad to see them. Have had only good experience with all my Work purchases.

Easy to Use!

So much easier to use then traditional winding your own string. Take out old spool and put in new, ready to go in no time.

Great trimmer but battery sucks!!

I've had my trimmer for a couple of years. Bought my father one also because its light and gets the job done. The downside is that the batteries that I've bought has added up to or even surpassed what i have paid for both trimmers. Is this a defect that I don't know about? I love this product, but I cant keep buying batteries.
