[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too good to be true? No way! I use my Worx trimmer A LOT so I really need these spools for life. I honestly thought there was no way a company could do something like this, it HAD to be a scam but it's not. When you need new spools, pay shipping & they send them. It's that simple! Thank you, Worx! All of my lawn tools come from here & I even made my mom a believer in these products, too.

How can you beat FREE?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my WORX grass trimmer for two years. It finally ran out of trimmer line. I searched the WORX website and chatted with customer service. I told them my model number and asked if it still qualified for free spools for life? The answer was YES! And they sent a link which I used to order them directly from WORX. No cheap knockoffs from Asia. The spools arrived a few days later. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks WORX!
