Bought trimmer over 3 years ago and had the great deal of replacing filters for only shipping cost. My Worx trimmer still works great!

4 out of 6 spools defective!

Since first purchase of "free" replacement spools, 4 out of 6 spools are defective. They seem to be melded (melted). so that upon first feed, the spool will not feed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greetings from WORX! We appreciate the honest feedback! We apologize for the inconvenience of the spools. Based on your description you will need new spools. The spools are biodegradable which means with the influence of atmosphere the spools will either melt and mold together or they will become brittle and break apart. An email will be sent to you in regards to this as well.
