The availability of Free Spools is awesome! Purchased the trimmer, edger & blower combo in May 2017 and had no idea that I could get spools through the website. I've spending more than I needed to for the past 3 years! Great Perk for customers

I have had my WORX trimmer and hedge trimmer for over 10 years and they are both working great......now at retirement, I enjoy them even more - light weight and easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have the 20 V yard trimmer and its great we have a 13k sq ft yard with lot's of trimmable area. I used to have an electric trimmer and it was always a hassle pulling the cord around. But with the 20 V trimmer and a couple of fresh charged batteries I can trim the whole yard. It makes it so nice to not have a cord to drag around, and the trimmer does a great job on everything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great trimmer!

We've had our Word electric trimmer for several years now -- it's been a great investment! Our old gasoline trimmer was heavy & cumbersome. Our Word trimmer is lightweight & easy to use. And it just WORKS! We've never had a single problem with it. The battery still holds the charge like it did the day we got it. And receiving free spools of the trimmer cord for life has been the icing on the cake! (We only pay shipping & handling.) We highly recommend this trimmer!

I bought the line trimmer this spring. Best purchase yet. I am older, so large heavy trimmers are troublesome. I love the trimmer and the fact that I never have to hassle with winding the spool again. My sister who has health issues tried using my trimmer and loves it as well! So easy to use.. I highly recommend Worx products. I have the trimmer and the mower...and I have my eye on more!
