I've had a problem with one package of Spools

I've been a Worxs trimmer fan for years. It has always worked well. The only complaint that I have had, ever is one package that I ordered the line kept jamming up. I went through all 6 spools very quickly. Had I realized they were all defective I would have called right away to get replacements. I will do so in the future. Sometimes, I have ordered 2 sets at the same time in the past so I alway have a supply on hand. I will not do so in the future and will be calling to complain if it happens again. I have enjoyed my trimmer a lot and in fact have when the 1st one no longer worked, purchased a 2nd one. Thanks!
