[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the spools for life. After paying shipping on the 6 spools, its still cheaper to get the 6 then it is to get two at most big box stores that carry them.

So happy to receive free spools.. however I’ve noticed that if a line breaks it is impossible to find the end to start again so the rest of the spool is can’t be used so is a waste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Greetings from WORX! We greatly appreciate your feedback! The spools are biodegradable which means based on the atmosphere and or environment the spools will tend to become brittle and break or they will mold together. Both of these outcomes will make it difficult to feed line out of the trimmer or operate. Based on your description you may need new spools. An email will be sent to you in regards to this as well. After 25 years of lawn service my unhandy husband decided it was time for HIM to cut the lawn. The spools make his job a little bit faster and easier. He is a fan.
