The only issue is What is the point in free spools for life if the product is out of stock when you need it, but can purchase in other packages. Kind of frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I can contact Worx for refills and they send them to me.. Not having to respool anything. Fairly quick shipping time. Easy to pop out and replace. The weed-eater is my go too, I'm short and it's light weight so it fits me perfect.

Great trimer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this trimmer for me a month ago because I couldn't start our gas trimmer. It works great and does everything the gas one. Batteries last good usually until I'm ready to quit.
