Spools for trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a 12 state trip they arrived. I was hoping for pictures but there was no go pro attached. Haha. They arrived in great shape ready to use. I order them as back ups tom what I had so no rush.

The spools seem to have been wrapped too tight. The break off in the middle of the spool and are hard to unravel.

Greetings from WORX! We appreciate the honest feedback as it helps us to further assist and improve. To better assist the spools are biodegradable. This means when the spools are in a particular atmosphere they will tend to become brittle and break or they will become molded together both outcomes making it difficult to use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original spool lasted about a year, so I had to install a new one recently. I found the installation to be more difficult than expected, but I should be good for another year or so and still have five more.
