I Love the Weed Eater. It is Light and easy to use. I once used the big weed eater that had Gas and it left my muscles twitching after I used it and This WORX Weed Eater does not do that to me. Thank You WORX.... Thank you Cathy

When I first purchased my Worx Edger the Spools were great. Now since getting additional Spools, for the edger, I find that the quality is definetly not good or the same. I decided to check your website and read reviews and found allot of customers felt the same way. I am now quite disappointed with the edger because the spools don't really work that great. Something is being done differently about the way the product is being manufactured.

When I first started receiving trimmer spools it was the star helix type now it is just smooth string. It does not hold up as well nor does it feed as well. It is sad to see quality deteriorate in products that are so good. Also shipping and handling is too expensive when ordering multiple packs of trimmer string. The last delivery of spools the string was staccato it self and would not feed at all very frustrating.

We are back at trimming & grooming our lawn with ease again. We are so into trimming, we are almost tempted to do our neighbors yard.
Actually.... my Husband did it once already. We see the neighbors using the bulky heavy gas trimmers that are not only stinky, but are heavy and not very good on a person's back.

It's really a shame that the Worx trimmer has to take these special spools. The line quality is horrible. It's weak, and prone to breaking very easily. I go through an entire spool each time I trim. This particular batch of spools must have been strung way to tight because they do not self feed like they should. The string is so curved that is gets stuck around the middle shaft and doesn't feed. I'm sorry, but even though these are supposed to be free, they aren't even worth paying the overpriced shipping for.

I don't know when exactly the quality of this twine went down but I first noticed it last summer. It flat out doesn't last long. Snaps easily. Buy a lot. You will need it.
