Wear out quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The line seems to wear out too quick. Also, certain types of plant leaves tend to get wound up underneath the trimmer head.

Thank you for sharing this with us! When cutting taller grass and weeds. Start trimming from the top and work your way towards the bottom. This will prevent the grass/weeds from getting tangled beneath the trimmer.
We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.
