Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and rating. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together.Your feedback will be passed forward!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I get free refills of this line. I'm not sure if they made an adjustment in the line, but it seems to not break as much as they used to. Easy to load and advance.

I bought the trimmer a few years ago. I am very satisfied! I highly recommend it. The unit itself doesn't weigh much so it's easy to use. The edger feature is better than anything else I've used (gas power or manual) plus I get free line for life! If this one ever dies, I will get another one just like it! My wife would not use a gas trimmer but she uses this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
