I just received the tool. Put it together last weekend and have not used it yet But the unit appears to be good quality. I will say the instructions were not great, and I put it together without much use of enclosed instructions.

After reviewing a good portion of the reviews sent in, I am deciding to buy my own line and re-spool what I have. It seems you have a consistent problem with the replacement line and their spools. All reviews have indicated the original ones that came with the trimmer have worked sufficiently.
Thank you for your offer, but until I see better reviews, I will have to decline.

I am so glad I can get the correct wire for trimming without going all over town searching for the correct one. They never twist and break. These will last me a long long time. I am a widow and appreciate the trimmer working all the time. My lawn looks awesome.
