No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer. An email will be sent to you in regards to this as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a 20v cordless string trimmer. After four uses, I love this product, cuts evenly, smooth, and easily. Far superior in every way to my gas trimmer which it replaced. But this review is about the free 6 pack of trimmer string spools for life! How can you beat that. Great products and service worx!
