I like getting the string for the cost of shipping. Seems a new cap is shipped with every 5th order. The reels are small and the string thin. Didn't handle tough weeds very well.

We absolutely love the weed trimmer .. My Husband and I are both in our 60's and with this being light weighted makes it very easy to operate. and we LOVE getting something free so with getting free spools for the small shipping makes this all the much better

Spools

We used ti be able to do both the front and back yard twice with one spool. Now we are lucky to get through both once! I don't know how are why you changed these spools but I do know that they are not the same as when we first bought them. They have less twine and are not as strong as they use to be.

Got as a gift and was skeptical. Used for a month, and very pleased with results. Lightweight, agile and easy to use. Versatile for such a small unit. Do recommend for anyone with medium to small areas.

Handy Replacement Spools

Nice little spools that go on the trimmer and pop off easily. Threading is as easy as it gets. The line is strong enough and trims well. The free replacements for life was a big incentive to purchase my trimmer and has worked out perfect so far. Shipping was surprisingly fast, about 2-3 days I had the spools.
