The best trimmers I’ve ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the 56volt trimmer some months ago it is a great product however WORX deceived me in that the FREE SPOOLS FOR LIFE 6 Pack only applies to the 20 volt trimmers. Their advertising is DECEPTIVE

We apologize for any inconveniences you have been caused. The Spools For Life Program is only for the 20 volt model trimmers. Because you have the more powerful 56 volt trimmer with 8200 no load speed the spool lone is different and thicker. Your WG191 model grass trimmer uses spool model WA0014. This replacement spool is available for you to order online!
