Wonderful idea and so convenient

We first purchased a Worx trimmer three years ago. We gave our old one to our son and bought a new one because the quality and functionality of ALL Worx tools are well above every other one we have tried. And we have tried many. Getting six spools for postage costs just is the icing on the cake. And we also have a Worx hedge trimmer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my Worx trimmer and absolutely love it! Lightweight and easy to use, plus free line spools that came so fast and are so easy to pop in and start trimming.

My Worx broke

After having my Worx used only 10 times max - it broke. I know I have had it a long time - 1 year approximately - but I never used it that much and now the motor burned up and I'm stuck with 11 new wire spools. Do you back up your products? Is there any way I can get it replaced without paying the whole thing again?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my Worx trimmer for a little over a year now. It has been so perfect for all of my needs. Popping these spools in and out is so easy! Paying just for shipping is absolutely wonderful! So pleased with my purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised to get free spools for life. There'e nothing worse than running out of line when you're in the middle of weed whacking. Now it's one less thing I need to be concerned about.
