I bought this last year and was happy to see hubby having fun with it. He loves this product and we will add more on soon. We will soon be a full only Worx on our land.

spools are great, the cord it's self is junk.

I love the edger, keep the spools go great some good Hi performance cord at big box store rewind with new cord. The cord I used that came with the edger would not last more than a few feet before breaking and did not auto extend because it burned to itself in side the spool. The edger is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My neighbors laugh at the amount of effort it takes me to use this. I cannot keep this going for more than 15 seconds without the spool 1) falling off, 2) twisting around the base, then stopping and 3) the wire needs to be lengthened all the time and can only be done by stopping the job and removing the clip on lid and manually lengthen it.
This won't work on lengthy grass.
I have already gone through three lifetime supplies of wire spools.
I cannot use a regular-weight weed wacker - I was really hoping this would work as the commercials promised. I need help!

You can also contact us through the live chat link at the top of the page. If the line is not feeding out automatically, you can turn the tool on and off a couple of times and this action will help the line feed.

Delivery was quick and replacement spools aren't available anywhere locally so it was a really good deal. I love the trimmer, these spools are quick and easy to replace, plus having things arrive at the house is much more convenient than running all over town looking for them!
