[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly pleased. Easy to order but the trim line sometimes melts together. Have been able to pull apart, but inconvenient to have to stop several times during weeding.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.
