"Free" is a real stretch. The shipping is quite high. Not as much cord on each spool as before.

I ordered a pkg of 6 spools right after I ordered my trimer just to have them pn hand. I really like having them come pre whined. Ive always disliked that chore . I'm not very good at it, etc. It's really good line, and it holds up well within reason. My first run through the yard tested it really well. Lots of grown weeds to test both the trimer and the line. I'm both impressed n happy.

The size of the spools are a joke. i can not get more than two times of use without having to replace. even though you offer free spools the shipping and handling is a lot of money for a small package

The product works fine, but the shipping cost per package is outrageous.

Pro's - Light, convenient, easy to use. Need two batteries for average size property. But battery I found to last about 30 minutes. Con's - Line fused together too often. Not sure why but it happens during edging. Free spools I think is just a gimmick because of the high cost of shipping and handling. Better off just buying 0.65 line and using the old empty spools.

Thin line that breaks down quickly. You will go through a spool each time you attempt to edge.
