I BOUGHT ONE LAST YEAR AND ITS BEEN GREAT SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER THIS YEAR A MONTH AGO TO HAVE 2 , i would like for the company to see a way to send back empty line holders for a price our take shipping off if we send 6 emptys back for refill. last time i only payed 7 something now its 8n something and the last line i got the 6 reals didnt do as good as first. didnt last as long.

i have purchased worx trimmer 18v & 24V TRIMMER'S. FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS I HAVE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THE TRIM LINES ON THE SPOOLS BREAKING EVERY TEN TO TWENTY FEET THAT I EDGE. IT IS IN THE WINDING OF THE SPOOL'S. I HAVE HAD TO REWIND THE LINES ON THE SPOOL MANY TIMES & AM GETTING READY TO SWITCH BACK TO MY GAS TRIMMERS IF THE DONT GET IT RESOLVED. I HAVE BEEN A REPEAT CUTOMER FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS & EVEN GOT PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BUY THESE PRODUCTS. WILL TRY TO RE-ORDER NEW SPOOLS & TRY FOR THE LAST TIME.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used my trimmer for over six years and recently bought another. Have a large property and so lots and lots of trimming to do. Love the light weight and tho have had minor problems with one or two spools over these many years really have put them to a huge amount of useage. I'm 71 and do all my acreage and this tool make my work much easier. Glad it was recommended by a nephew who also loves his.

When we purchase the Worx it came with free refills. Even with the shipping cost it was much cheaper than buying a lesser amount of refills locally. Having the proper replacement is very important to us. Love the ease of using the product.

I have the weed eater and it's great words does everything you can ask it to do and the people that work at work wor X are awesome I broke the switch and I had they replace the switch free in 3 days I would buy another one in a heartbeat thank you very much
