Did not receive any of these with my trimmer shipment, I called they told me they had been sent. I did not receive them but was sent a replacement. These spools work very good with my trimmer and the design is very simple, I like them.

I have been a Worx customer since the company started years ago and every product has performed as promoted. I would recommend any product they make as a worthwhile purchase. My only suggestion is that all their lithium battery operated products would have the same charger system to make them interchangeable. Other companies have done this for their tools for years.

I bought the trimmer a couple of weeks ago and it makes quick work of my trimming jobs. And now free spools? Who could ask for more. What a bargain.

Ever since I bought my trimmer my back doesn't hurt anymore when i trim. So light weight and free line for life!!

Poor Quality Spools

I spend more time pulling thread out and changing spools than I do actually edging/trimming my yard. The 0.065 gauge is not strong enough for basic yard maintenance. I used an entire replacement spool this last time I edged/trimmed my yard (I live on 1/3 acre). Very frustrating. I would not recommend this product, nor the 20v edger/trimmer to any of my family or friends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
