My new Worx trimmer will not catch the battery and it keeps slipping off so i cant really try the new string. Before this everything worked fine.

We bought the trimmer and blower as the were quite a bit lighter than my big brand name gas trimmer and blower.
Due to some medical issues i am no longer to do the yard work. My wife has mastered the zero turn mower and the Worx trimmer and blower are perfect weight for her, the yard actually looks a little betterthan when i could do it. She takes more time I think, but thank you for a great product.

I do a lot of outside yard maintenance on my yard. I recently found out that I needed trimmer line for my WORX trimmer. I searched all over (ie) box stores ect... to find out that the best buy was on the WORX website for the same product. NO BRAINER!!!
