I ordered 3 sets of these and it makes my edging and trimming so much easier, I just put an extra spool in my pocket and go. It costs less to pay the shipping on these than it costs to purchase them in the store.

The weed eater from WORX is such a great weed eater, and to get free spools for life makes it awesome! So glad we found WORX!. We keep a supply of the free spools on hand so we never run out.

User support right out of the gate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While registering my new 40V string trimmer, I saw a link that read "Spools for life", and I received the 6 spools soon after submitting that form. That's great user support, as I used up the first string fairly quickly on a couple long fence runs which were "well-populated" with thick weeds. Not certain how often spools will be sent out (yearly?), or whether they are auto-sent or on-request, that aspect could have been more clear. However, I am grateful for the initial supply!
I do find that the line can slightly melt together if run too hard, but that's not surprising for a thinner string. Operator just needs to keep that in mind.
