After being injured in a motorcycle accident I could no longer handle the lightest gas trimmer on the market! After trying and trying it was just too much for me to handle I gave in and bought the Worx 32V with the extra battery. I live on an acre of land so I was sure it would take the 2 batteries. I was so sure an electric trimmer was not powerful enough to do my job....but I was very wrong. Now I'm very picky as to how I want my yard to look. I trimmed the front flower beds, the front side walk and edged the driveway, around the mailbox and around the tin horn and around the fencing on the north and south sides of the house. Given that I am disabled I was happy to get that much out of one battery! The real beauty of the Worx unit is my 5'3", 120# wife picked up the unit and went all around the back of the house which has flowers, plants, monkey grass and rock edging all the way around the back! We both love the Worx and I'm glad I got over my macho feeling that the little electric unit couldn't do the job a gas unit could because I was SO wrong! Thanx WORX!

I've had my trimmer/edger for about 3 yrs now. Still going strong. And the replacement spools seem to hold lots of line. Have to have them on hand for my grandson. He thinks it's his.

I bought the spools for my cordless trimmer. I am so glad I went to the website to check for replacements. I almost bought the wire to do myself. This is a great purchase price for the item. These will last a long time. The original trimmer only came with two spools.

Worth the wait

I bought my WORX trimmer, and just love it. I'm a senior with ailments and can't use a mower right now. I cut my whole front enormous yard with my trimmer mini-mower. Yes, it took about three days but it was well worth it. I ran out of the spools and had to order more. Next I will tackle the backyard. I just can't be without them I suggest this to any one who have medical problems right now, it's very light and easy to use. I will buy the cordless blower next. Possibly after that the small hand trimmer, and then the mower.
