Free spools are a good idea, shipping a bit high. I do, however, love the string trimmer, I have 2 of them, a 32 volt and a 20 volt. Our yard is large and we have a lot of 'eye candy' that has to be trimmed around. If my 'battery' doesn't run down I end up having to use both trimmers to get the job done!

I love all my Worx tools, I only wish the battery for the power washer lasted longer. But love how these spools are free, just pay shipping!!!

Frustrating to use some of the spools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cord in some of the spools has weak spots and break, causing ongoing adjustments. Otherwise it does a great job and we like the easy-in feature of the spools.
