One of the problems with string/wire trimmers is constantly having to buy replacement spools. WORX has made that concern go away by offering FREE SPOOLS FOR LIFE! Just pay minimal shipping and you never have to worry about running out. EVER. Thanx, WORX!

I got my first WORX edger over a decade ago, and since then I've gotten several other tools from them. Two additional edgers. The Free Spools For Life is the best deal ever! Can't tell you enough how nice it is to never run out of spool!

This is my second Worx trimmer, the 1st being an 18v that is 5 or 6 years old. The product is very durable and dependable. The new 20v Trimmer is working great so far. The battery lasts longer and seems to have faster revolutions that my older model.

With the spools it is so very easy to keep working. Owning 13 acres there is always work to do. My 9 year old decided he wanted to use my Worx weed eater. It is so easy to change the spools or advance the line he did not want to hand it back to me!

This is my second Worx String Trimmer. I was so pleased with my first that I thought I would upgrade and get another. The first trimmer was one I bought about 6 years ago and it was great. However, with the new one, the string constantly gets tangled around the spool mechanism. It constantly feeds out. The battery overheats and quits working way too soon. This is the 20 amp lithium battery. The old battery lasted longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
