It is so easy to use from trimmer to edger and make my lawn look like a professional is taking care of it. The free spools for life is a great feature as you do not worry about running out of string. It is a dependable tool that I always can count on. Keep up the great innovations. The best tools ever.

I ordered for first time free spools for my trimmer/edger. Spools arrived in a timely manner and I’m pleased with that. My reason for only 4 stars I feel the shipping/handling is a bit pricey for this. Though it is cheaper than same spools in store. I was surprised at shipping handling costs for a “free” item as advertised. I’ll deal with it though because I love the trimmer and it’s quality with ease of use.

I bought the Worx 20v string trimmer after doing considerable reading. It had adequate power and free string spool replacement for life!! Now I want to get more Worx products and share the batteries! Thanks Worx!
