Disappointed!! The line failed to feed.

I was pleased to order pre-wound spools for my trimmer, as that job was one of my least favorite. I received my shipment quickly and loaded my first spool onto my trimmer and began to trim my yard. However, as the line began to breakoff and shorten, it did not feed automatically, so I was forced to disassemble, pull out a section of line, reassemble and proceed. This process repeated for the entire feeding of the line on the spool. I have since loaded another spool on my machine, but have not used, so am unsure if I will encounter the same problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
