Receiving Defective Spools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the worx trimmer, edger, mini mower since 2020. Even purchased those overpriced replacement spools. The spools used to be fine until the pandemic. My spool orders since then have ALL been defective. The line is fused together within the spool preventing ease of extension, and full use of the spool. I lose more line than I use. It’s horrible. I don’t recommend purchasing the line spools anymore, until Worx fix the line issue. Happy with the trimmer, but disappointed in the defective spools.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spools are a rip off

You can buy spools at any other retailer for half the cost of what this company charges in shipping. Not free.
