Great tool with a bad spool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way the Word edges and weed wacks. The rating would be 5 star if the string spool would function as advertised. I am unable to get through a single cut without having to remove the spool and unjam the string, and in some cases, I replace the spool because the string is jammed so tightly. I wish Worx could solve the spool problem. I have read numerous reviews that made the same complaint.

I BOUGHT MY WORKS 2.0 A FEW YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST TOOL I EVER BOUGHT. I HAVE A BAD BACK AND CAN'T USE THOSE HEAVY GAS TRIMMERS OR I CAN BARELY WALK AFTER I USE IT. WITH THE WORKS I CAN USE IT WITH ONE HAND IF I WANT AND MY BACK DOESN'T HURT
