I think it's great that Worx offers free spools for life. I've been a Worx customer for several years and have several products. When I have 1 to 2 spools left I place an order for more. Very quick service. In just a matter of a couple days I receive my spools. Extremely satisfied. The only con is that although spools are free the cost of the shipping and handling is rather high.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can you beat free - pay shipping, get trimmer line already wound on the spool. Take the old spool off put the new one - go do some trimming.

Works provided lifetime replacement spools for my edger. Satisfied to know that I have access to them when need Are very durable and lasts a long time.
