Reason why I believe this is the same thing is happening with the replacement weed eater Worx's sent me. I have never had trouble with the string before and am a long time user of worx's

One thing I hate is threading lines for a trimmer- having free spools for life is an amazing benefit!!! Couldn't be happier!!
