not happy with the condition of the reels. outside layer fused together, very difficult to unwind

I have had the WORX trimmer for a year and it is, hands down, the best I've owned. Lightweight yet powerful and the two batteries mean you won't run out of power in the middle of a job. The free spools for life is icing on the cake.
