Third batch of spools and they everytime I get them they are stuck together on the border of impossible to use. Very frustrating

The first two(and only )spools I used would not feed correctly and broke easily. I spent more time messing with the cord than weed-eating. Very aggravating. I returned the machine and all of the spools.

Been buying spools for several years. Bought 2 trimmers within the last 5 years. The string on the spools do not feed, seem to stick to each other. Have to keep a pair of needle nose pliers in pocket to pull and separate string and hand feed.

Just as advertised, free replacement spools, but you do have to pay the shipping fee. This is for a six pack of spools, not just two like they have in the stores. They are small, so I order more when I get down to my last two.

Got the WorxGt a little over a month ago and love it. Especially love the convenience of the prewound spools. So easy to pop out the old and pop in the new one. With teaditional trimmers it is such a hassle to wind the spools. Also like that the line is not round, but has the helix design. Makes for a much cleaner cut.
