So far so good. Bought is about a month ago and love the product so far. My only concern / problem is how to clean the Trimmer. Directions say not to use water. How do you clean off the grass from the unit? Not sure sure.....very frustrating.

Bought my 20v trimmer in the spring of 2016 and it came with two spools. They are very convenient and fast to load up. Had to just recently order six more spools because they are small but don't have a problem with that for I get a lifetime supply of spools for free . It also came with leaf blower, love worxs tools. Everything is still running great it is lightweight and so easy to use .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spiral cord design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spiral line design lasts longer than standard line. It is said to cut sharper, hard to tell any difference. There may be easier cutting that makes for sharper cuts. There is the convenience of not having to refill the roll. 2
