I live this mail order service. I hate to run out of spool and have to stop and go to the hardware store. Thus way I can keep trimming without interruption.

I think it is fantastic that I could have free spools for life; I work outside a lot in my lawn, in my daughter's & in my 91 year old mother's lawn. I do a lot of weed whacking & trimming.

Received this product as a gift a year ago. Cap holding spool on broke the other day and I'm somewhat disappointed in how the line feeds. I do however like the fact of having no cord to pull around
