The replacement spools are available at the local chain hardware stores, but the shipping fee for 6 is less than the cost of two there! I just order them when I install my last and I never run out. Love my Worx trimmer!

I have used my Worx weedeater for 6 years at least!! I have a gigantic yard and I love the dependability and it being lightweight to maneuver around. I have recommended and neighbors have purchased same due to my excellent recommendation of your product. The free spools for life is also a nice feature. I have had to replace the cap on the end of the string spool, but had no problem in replacing it an no charge.

Purchased an 18v trimmer and blower last summer. Extremely pleased with purchase. Lithium batteries last long enough to trim averaged sized yard, 1/3 acre and blow off two patios and sidewalk.
