I've had my WORX for a couple years now and have had zero problems. I have RA and the light weight design really helps. When I need more spools of line I call the number and it's here in a douple days. I have recommended it to friends who have bought one also.

It is so very nice to have the freedom to use it as I need - knowing all I have to do is request refills. No going to the store, no cost, real wonderful.
