Bought this trimmer because it's perfect for edging around my flower bed and decks. We have a humongous Stihl trimmer that we use in the orchard but you literally have to wear it like a jacket! This nifty little WORX trimmer is lightweight enough to be comfortably held, but stout enough to trim even the taller grass and weeds that grow when I get lazy during the summer. I've only had it this one season but plan to keep it for years to come. Mine came with 2 batteries which I thought was a tremendous deal! I also have a WORX leaf blower that my Mom gave me for Christmas 2 years ago. I'm sold on WORX!!!

I bought these 2 months ago under the free for life deal. Some of thenm were damaged and stuck together. I emailed workx and they sent me a new set of 6 free, no hassel! Best customer service ever!

TRIED TO REWIND OLD SPOOLS TO SAVE MONEY BUT IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHES. I MUST HAVE BEEN WINDING IT TOO TIGHT ,KEPT BINDING. SO ORDERING THE 6 SPOOLS IT ONLY WAY FROM NOW ON. maybe y'all will make one for a lefthander soon ,lol

Free Spools for Life (6 Pack) the chages for shipping is way to much, someone needs to work on that. I did talk to Customer Service and they worked with me and I was satisfied with the out come, I just hope I dont have to do that everytime. I love my Edger but I went thru these pretty fast I would rather just buy them local for what they wanted to charge to shipp them. I would recommend the products by Works but I also tell everyone about the shipping charge.

When the WORX edger first came I thought - "this is all plastic - there is no way it is going to last - I wasted my money". WRONG. This edger is fantastic - it does a great job and is very sturdy.
Then I went to order replacement spools and found that they are free for life except shipping and handling. WORX has my business and I will recommend WORX to anyone looking for outdoor equipment.
