Powerhouse of a product. Light weight and balanced. Simple to use. Excellent extended battery life with larger battery. Single trimmer line is tough and holds up as well as double .95 lines. Would recommend highly, great timmer...

Easy to handle

Wished blower had more than one speed levels. It is a bit weak for some of the jobs I thought I would do. Like the light weight of the tools. Why its so expensive just for shipping and handling for the 6 spools?

Spools line problem

Spools nylon cord line melts into the remaining line constantly requiring removal of spool to detach line.At first on new spool no problems but halfway on new spool problems start and is most frustrating.Otherwise it is a great tool.

This may be the best part of my purchase. On top of not having to tap the trimmer to unwind the twine, I get FREE spools for life!!!! Best product feature EVER!

I ordered my 1st free replacement spools approx. 8 months ago but noticed this summer the lines were breaking/splitting on all of the spools. I called customer service and explained. I was told to leave the spools in a temperature controlled area since lines are "biodegradable". But was sent another free replacement (no shipping fees) for all 6 spools. I thank WORX for helping with this issue.

Spools and line hold up much better than expected.

For a light line these spools are surprisingly tough, durable, long lasting and they get the job done. Good for grass, light to medium weds and brush but nothing bigger than that.

Great Trimmer & String too--but double shipping??

I appreciate this trimmer--nice and light weight & I can hold it in various positions to get it to do what I need. Great to switch the battery to the blower to finish the clean up. Ordered more string--doubled the amount, 2 pkgs. but also paid TWICE the shipping to same address & likely you used the same packaging! Sure feel you should give us a break on shipping when we order more product!
