This is my 8th items I have bought and it is easy to buy when money is tight because of the value and warranty they give. I know what ever the age you may be , it is a bad feeling that something you bought and then have a ,Hassel to get fixed or even get told the truth . My name is Ralph and I will put my name on this company on trust worthy and great craftsman's work on their tools. Well beyond the best.

Extremely strong string

I was very impressed by how the string held up on my new worx weed trimmer. I had no problem cutting through thicker weeds. Even though the spool looks very small It doesn't need to be replaced often due to the quality of the string.

I needed replacement spools and I ordered them. I had forgotten I had free spools for life. What a nice surprise. I placed the order and another surprise; fast delivery. I win!!!
