I got my WORX trimmer and blower (model WG160.3) for fathers day 2015. It was the best feathers day present I have ever had. Great performance, light weight with no cords or obnoxious 2 cycle engine noise and smoke.

I purchased the trimmer a month ago and was excited to start using it. I was edging my lawn, and doing a great job with the trimmer, when the line stopped coming out of the spool. My first reaction was, "No wonder the spools are free for life, they run out of string pretty quickly. I put a ne string in and noticed the spool I had taken out still had string in it. I had some difficulty finding the end of the string because it was melted to the rest of the string. Ok, minor inconvenience, I left the new spool on the trimmer and 10 minutes later the same thing happened. I have another spool but I have not checked it out to see if the string has the same problem. I will probably unwind the string and check it before I put it on the trimmer.
Overall I am happy with the trimmer. It seems a little flimsey but it does a good job for what I need.
